PRAXI Valuations Hosts 2023 Spring Summit

Madrid, Spain – April 19, 2023 – Our 2023 Spring Summit kicked off at the heart of Madrid with seven member countries from across Europe. The introduction of our Young Leaders program and our site visit to Madrid Nuevo Norte energized us and drove our discussions on the future of real estate.

An official welcome by Vito Crosetto, Chairman and Maurizio Negri, Director, followed with a site visit to Madrid Nuevo Norte set our official agenda in motion. In the afternoon, our Young Leaders got busy with an in-depth analysis and roundtable on their local urban regeneration projects, while senior members addressed the expansion of our European network.
On April 20, Young Leaders presented their findings, before turning to our client needs and sharpening our “glocal” best practices.
Matt Lee, Head of Science & Technology, Carter Jonas, closed with a presentation of Life Sciences, an asset class proving to be both resilient and promising during uncertain economic conditions.
“The market is at a turning point in the history of real estate as the world recognizes the need for sustainable development” said Maurizio Negri, Director. Adding, “this summit was a significant opportunity to focus on the future, both in terms of our Young Leaders and positioning ourselves for the challenges ahead.”
